ABOUT NACRESQUE PROJECTS

We organize the buying process around Syrian-origin supply.

Nacresque Projects is the agricultural sourcing and export side of a Syrian trading business. We work with selected Syrian-origin suppliers and organize the commercial process for international B2B buyers—from the first specification through sample evaluation, commercial confirmation, inspection arrangements and shipment coordination.

THE ROLE

We make the order workable.

Buying from origin is not only about finding a commodity. An international order has to be specified, evaluated, coordinated, documented and shipped against the buyer's requirements.

That is the layer Nacresque manages: connecting the buyer to selected Syrian-origin supply, aligning the commercial specification, coordinating the agreed QA steps and organizing the export side around the shipment.

Production may remain with the selected supplier. Our role is the buyer-facing sourcing and export process that turns an available product into a clearer commercial transaction.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

Four practical responsibilities.

Source

Identify suitable Syrian-origin supply for the requested commodity, quantity and commercial requirement.

Specify

Translate the buyer's requirement into a written commercial reference covering product, packaging, quantity and destination.

Coordinate

Organize sample evaluation, agreed inspection arrangements, export documentation and shipment planning.

Confirm

Make the final commercial terms explicit before the shipment is committed rather than leaving critical details to assumption.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Built to make genuine Syrian supply easier to evaluate.

I'm Weam. I built Nacresque around a practical objective: make genuine Syrian-origin supply easier for serious international buyers to evaluate and purchase without asking them to build the local commercial network themselves.

The approach is straightforward: define the requirement, let the buyer evaluate the product, agree what will be supplied, coordinate the quality and export steps, and keep the commercial process clear.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions we prefer to answer before an order.

Are you selling directly from a company-owned farm or factory?

The sourcing model is based on selected Syrian-origin suppliers. Nacresque manages the international buyer-facing sourcing and export process rather than presenting supplier facilities as company-owned assets.

Can a buyer specify requirements that are different from the website table?

Yes. A target purity, moisture level, packaging format, volume or documentation requirement can be reviewed before quotation. The final commercial specification is confirmed before shipment.

What does the sample actually prove?

It lets the buyer assess a physical product before moving to a larger commercial commitment. The final shipment remains governed by the agreed commercial specification and inspection process.

How do you handle inspection?

Independent pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can be incorporated when required and agreed as part of the procurement process.

What happens after a sample is approved?

The buyer's requirement is converted into the commercial reference used for the quotation, order confirmation, shipment documentation and any agreed inspection step.

Why is the company structured around export coordination?

Many origin suppliers can provide a product without providing an overseas buyer with the entire procurement workflow. Nacresque focuses on that commercial layer so the buyer has one organized process for sourcing, confirmation and export coordination.

Start by evaluating the product.

Review the available specifications, request a physical sample or send a target requirement for commercial review.
